User access by Class

I would like to see if I can restrict access for an employee to a certain class.  I see it wasn't possible when this question was asked last year.  Does anyone know if this is still the case?  Would be very useful to have this feature.

Currently, the option to restrict access for an employee to a certain class is unavailable.

 

I understand the importance of having this feature in QuickBooks Online (QBO). For now, I recommend sending feedback about it. Your feedback will help us improve your QBO experience and will be shared with our Product Development Team. Rest assured that our product developers are always open to suggestions to improve our products and are able to meet our customers’ business needs.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. At the upper right corner, click the Gear icon.
  2. Under the Profile, select Feedback.
  3. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
  4. Then, select Next to submit a feedback.
