Using template to enter a bill is freezing when using the a second time in a row. This has been going on for months. Support no help. Any one else having this issue?
The payment terms is no longer functioning also. Originally, If I used a bill template two times in a row, the system would refresh the screen back to the dashboard instead of the recurring template screen. Now it just freezes as it is trying to save the bill. I have talked to support and they are no help. Apparently they could not escalate to someone truly technical. Now that it freezes I am stuck. HELP!!!!!!
