Vagaro integration inventory

Does syncing Vagaro to Quickbooks Online Plus include the inventory data? Do I still need to manually create an Excel extract of the Vagaro inventory and then upload it into Quickbooks? I've looked at Youtube videos but it only tells me how to create the inventory from Quickbooks, No videos mention if the syncing includes the inventory data. Thank you in advance for your help.

Thanks for dropping your concern here in the Community. Let me give you insights about syncing Vagaro to QuickBooks Online Plus (QBO).

Syncing your data to QBO can vary depending on the third-party application you are using. I suggest contacting Vagaro support to assist you on what data they can sync into the program. Otherwise, you can manually import your inventory data file to QBO. Follow the steps below to proceed.

In downloading, note these formatting tips:

  • The 100-character limit for the product service Name. Avoid special characters.
  • Don't use subaccounts for the Income and Expense Account.
  • Here's the format for Quantity as-of Date: MM/DD/YYYY or DD/MM/YYYY.

Once done, go to this link for a detailed guide on importing your inventory data file into QB: Import products and services into QuickBooks Online

On the other hand, I'll leave this article as your reference to understand more about importing data in QBO:

Don't hesitate to reply with more queries about importing files into QBO. I'll get back to you. Take care!
