I recognize how efficient it can be to have the vendor dropdown, Joanne.

 

Upon checking our system, I've found an ongoing investigation regarding unresponsive dropdowns in multiple areas of QuickBooks Online (QBO). Currently, our product engineers are working diligently to provide a permanent fix.

 

If you haven't, I'd suggest contacting our QuickBooks support team. This way, they can add your company file to the list of affected users and provide this investigation number for easy tracking: (INV-105229)

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
  2. Click the Help button at the top right corner.
  3. Go to the Search tab, then select Contact Us.
  4. Enter a brief discussion of your concern, then click Continue.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us. You can either choose to chat with us or have us call you.
