"View all schedules" option not showing on custom reports

Using QBO Essentials, when I save and schedule a custom report, the pop-up tells me I can view all schedules by selecting "View all schedules" from the Action dropdown menu. But I don't have that option in the dropdown menu. 
How do I view (and edit) the schedules for these reports? Why is QBO telling me there is a function that I'm unable to see?

After creating a schedule for your reports, you can view the schedules by clicking the dropdown button below the Actions column.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Reports, then select the Custom reports tab.
  2. Locate the report you've saved and create a schedule.
  3. On the Actions column, select the dropdown button.
  4. Select View all schedules.

 

However, if the option to view is unavailable on your end, I suggest clearing your browser's cache. This way, it will clear cache-related issues that cause your software to load incorrectly, preventing you from accessing some features in your account.

 

Let's start with accessing QuickBooks using incognito mode or a private window.

 

Here are the key shortcuts:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

If this works, you can clear your browser's cache and cookies and any temporary files running in your browser that may have caused the malfunctions. Otherwise, you can use other supported browsers to ensure QBO runs efficiently.

Additionally, you might want to save a copy of your report outside QuickBooks. You can export them as an Excel file or print them.

Thanks for the reply, but I've cleared my cache & cookies. Tried both Chrome (and Incognito) and Safari (and private). I'm still not given the option of "view all schedules".
