Voided invoice

QuickBooks Online (QBO) doesn't create a credit when you void unpaid invoices. We'll delete the credit to clear it from your records. Here's how: 

1. Navigate to the Sales menu on the left panel and select Customers. 
2. Look for the customer's name from the list and click on it to view more details. 
3. In the Transaction List tab, search for the payment and click the View/Edit link to select Delete. 
4. Click the Delete button to confirm the action.
