W9 will not display

If you have manually filled out the contractor information in QuickBooks Online (QBO), there's no option to download their W-9 in QBO. However, if you have invited your contractor to fill out their W-9, you can print their W-9 by following these steps:

1. In your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, go to Expenses.
2. Select Contractors.
3. Click on the profile of the contractor.
4. Select the Documents tab.
5. Click on the Download button.

When the download option doesn't appear on your end, I'd recommend performing browser troubleshooting steps, as this can be a cache-related issue. Let's initially access your QBO account through incognito mode and download your W-9. Here's how:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P 
• Safari: Shift + Command + N

If you can download the W-9, proceed to clear your browser's cache. This process will remove and fix specific issues and help the program run optimally. Additionally, you can use other devices and supported browsers to ensure everything works as expected.
