Setup automatic invoicing with payments

Setting up automatic  payments for recurring invoices is an easy process, chefjeck. I'd be glad to show you how.

 

Autopay is available on pay-enabled recurring invoices. If you haven't created a template yet,  you can follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Recurring Transactions.
  2. Click New.
  3. For Transaction Type, select Invoice and then click OK.
  4. For Type, select Scheduled.
  5. Specify the frequency Interval, Start date,  End date, and choose Weekly.
  6. Complete the rest of the form and then click Save template.

Additionally, create and send customers statement to show their summaries of their invoices, payments, credits, and balances.
