We are unable to successfully automate invoice email reminders for invoices that were imported via saasant. Has anyone had any success with this?

I have some helpful information regarding automatic email reminders in QuickBooks Online (QBO). With just a few simple steps, you can activate automatic invoice reminders and customize the email template for each reminder to match the date settings you prefer. 

Here's how to set up automatic invoice reminders: 

1. Go to Settings (⚙) and select Account and Settings. 
2. In the Sales tab, proceed to the Reminders section and click on the Edit (✎) icon. 
3. Turn on the Automatic invoice reminders. 
4. Select the dropdown for Reminder 1 and turn on the toggle switch. 
5. Set all the necessary information for this reminder. 
6. You can create second and third reminders as needed. 
7. Click on Save and then Done.

Regarding your imported invoices, it would be best to reach out to the Saasant Customer Support team to verify if it's possible to automate them and how to do it in QuickBooks Online.
