We categorize vendor invoices by customer to keep track of a project. How do I run a report showing the invoices for this customer?

How do you "categorize" AP vendor invoices by AR customer? Normally, AP and AR are coded to Projects.

Then AP and AR show on Aging reports. Project reports show expenses from AP and revenue from AR billing.
