We had a contractor that wanted to change banks and the office person created a new profile for them. Does anyone know how to combine two contractor profiles?

I can help merge two contractors' profiles in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

We can go to the Vendors list to combine the contractors. I'll guide you on how to do it.

1. Go to the Expenses menu.
2. Click the Vendors tab.
3. Select the name of the contractor, then click Edit.
4. Make sure to change the Title, First name, Middle name, and Last name similar to the contractor you're merging it with.
5. Ensure that the Display Name is also the same.
6. Tap Save.
7. Hit Yes to confirm the merge prompt.
