Question

We have 1 customer who tried to make a payment and it will not go through. They tried multiple cards and still no luck. I deleted invoice and issued a new one same issue

All other customers have had no issues and he normally has none as well. Just today. Any ideas how I can fix that for him

To start with, we can let your client contact the bank associated with the card they used when paying. That way, their financial institution can check why payments failed.

 

Then, if there were no issues after checking and the information matches, I recommend performing browser troubleshooting. This way, we can check if this is a browser-related issue. Using an incognito window can prevent your browsing history from being saved.

If this works fine from there, your client can go back to their regular browser, clear your cache, and try the payment one more time.
