We have customers prepay for the year and I have deposited the payments, how can I have it show up on our monthly sales tax summary?

Please note that this report will only reflect the total sales of taxable products and services you've created inside QuickBooks. Therefore, when recording the prepayment, make sure that the taxable items are also selected.
