We have integrated our website through a 3rd party(PinnacleCart) so that our website orders show up as sales receipts. They are not showing. Where are they?

Can you try contacting the Quickbooks support? We have checked on our end and the Quickbooks has been connected successfully. Cron has been setup as well, so it should sync automcatically.
