We sold one bundle yesterday. It now shows -1. I need to relieve it from the individual items. How?

We're glad that you joined us here, maggie-christmas. I'm here to provide guidance about making adjustments to bundle items in QuickBooks Online.

For now, QBO does not have a feature to make assemblies that's similar to what you have in the Desktop version. 

The online version offers basic inventory functions. The Bundle item is also used to group multiple products or services. This allows speedy data entry, so you don't have to enter them one at a time in your sales transactions. For example, you are selling a value pack, a gift basket, or a tool kit.

To adjust the quantity of the individual item, you'll need to edit the bundle itself. Let me show you how:

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Products and services.
2. Look for the bundle item and click the Edit option under the Action column.
3. Adjust the quantity of the item that's showing negative.
4. Click Save and close. 

You may also consider using a third-party app that offers assembly and manufacturing features. Here's how:

1. Go to the Apps menu and proceed to the Find apps tab.
2. Click the drop-down list for Browse categories and select Manage sales.
3. Choose Inventory management.
