Question

We use online payments in BuilderTrend and it did not send the payment fee to QuickBooks Online. Has anyone experienced this and how do we resolve it?

It posted the fee for a different payment that same day.

It's great to you see you back in the Community. I can point you in the right direction to get the payment fee to QuickBooks Online. 

 

I appreciate you coming here with your question. However, the best route would be to contact BuilderTrend directly to receive the proper answer based on your business. Here's their contact information:

I did call them beforehand and their suggestion was to wait as it may not have synced yet.

I have experienced this and it is very frustrating.... only happens with one vendor, but not all of the time. Any advise would be helpful.
