Let me share some insights concerning your client's invoices. The option to see the activity where the client viewed the invoice, is unavailable in the new invoice experience. However, you can still view the invoice activity by selecting an invoice and clicking on it once. This will display the invoicing activity on the right side of the panel.

@Shania_C the option you've detailed is not helpful for most customers. Our business does not access invoices from the Sales tab. When we open an invoice through the search feature, we used to be able to see the invoice Activity History right there at the bottom of the page.
This feature was essential to our workflow.
The "new invoice experience" has left our business in very bad position as it was implemented without warning and has been very time-consuming.
We would appreciate assurance that this feature will be reinstated as soon as possible. Our company is already researching new accounting options in the meantime.
It's been over a month and this new process of looking up the invoice history from a different tab is still unacceptable. The feature that worked - having the invoice history on the invoice - was removed without explanation.
Enough customer feedback has been provided to establish that the current process is unacceptable. We are still waiting to hear when the feature of being able to see an invoice's history directly on the invoice will be brough back. Not a workaround. The original feature.
It is imperative to our business that it be brought back very soon.
