Question

We using the SKU field to record stock locations. Now with the last update we are not able to change or use locations that contain a "/". Please advise.

Upon replicating this, I was able to successfully use the special character you mentioned and make changes on the Products and Services page. For a visual guide, refer to the attached screenshot.

 


Now, let's proceed with troubleshooting this issue. Outdated or corrupted cache files can occasionally cause unexpected system issues, which could prevent you from changing or using the symbol.

 

You can use the following keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge: Ctrl+ Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

 


Return to your regular browser once you successfully change and use the symbol. Clear your cache to start afresh. Feel free to switch to other installed supported browsers, which is a good alternative.

 

For future reference, you can generate a report that provides a comprehensive insight into your business's performance, including the quantity of products sold and revenue earned.
