What are the steps to save a mileage report that I have pulled?

I have found where to view the mileage entries I have made. Now I need to know how to save that data in a file by year so I can upload for the CPA.

To save your mileage data, you can download your trip report. This will generate a report in an Excel file that displays all the entries you've made.

Here's how to download the trips:

1. Navigate to the Expenses section.

2. Click on Mileage.

2. Choose the Tax Year you want to download.

3. Select the drop-down arrow next to Add trip.

4. Select Download trips.

These steps will help you save and share your mileage data with your CPA in QuickBooks Online by year.
