What do i do if the bills i payed dont show up in profit and loss statement

How did you Categorize the Invoices?  Are they in an appropriate Expense Acct that shows up in the your Report? 

Also, when did you pay the Invoice and are you on an Accrual or Cash basis?  The Expense may not show up until 2024 if you paid the Invoice in 2024.  Check with your Accountant on how your books are set up and if the Reports are correct for their needs.
