Hello,

I am adding a bill for shipping costs.  On the far right it normally defaults with a checkmark on Billable.  The customer has already paid for shipping and my shipping costs are slightly less than charged.  Can I assume that I UNCHECK Billable?  Thank you.

when it is checked billable it means you want to use time costs on the customer invoice to bring over that expense. if you have no intention of doing that do not check billable
