I saw it on the account balance but the balance is zero now

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help (?) icon at the top.
  2. On the Assistant tab, click Talk to a human.
  3. Enter your concern in the Type something field, then click the Send icon.
  4. Click on I still need a human.
  5. Select Get help from a human.
  6. Choose either the Chat with us or Get a Callback.

 

Our team is open Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 6 PM PT and Saturday from 6 AM to 3 PM PT. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding. Our support team will work diligently to assist you and ensure your account balance is updated correctly.
