What is the missing info on receipt snap?

When I take pictures of certain receipts, it says there is missing info. The picture seems clear enough, but I don’t know what the missing info is

Hello there.

 

I can help and share some information about uploading receipts to QuickBooks Online.

 

If you use an iOS or Android device to photograph your receipts and receive a message about missing information, it means QuickBooks is unable to extract all of the necessary information and requires additional information before creating an expense. What you can do is:

 

  1. Select the receipt to add details.
  2. Click Save receipt.
  3. Create an expense.
