What's up with the Invoices page today?

None of my previous invoices display anymore. None of the searches work. I always copy the previous invoice and update it to send to my client. I need to send an invoice by tomorrow.

There are specific cases or ongoing investigations regarding invoices in QuickBooks Self-Employed, @surfsmurf

 

I can see the challenges you encountered under the invoices and the urgency of viewing them as soon as possible.

 

Our engineering team doubles their time to settle the issue immediately. As a workaround, we can view invoices using QuickBooks Mobile app.

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed.
  2. Go to Help.
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then select Let's Talk.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us: Get a callback from the next available expert.
