Question

When creating or updating invoices, the product/service box is not showing anything but "Add New" when I click the box to add an item. Is there a way to resolve this?

I have already tried clearing my cache, and I am using Chrome.

We've received similar reports about the products/services dropdown not showing on invoices. I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team so they can add you to the list of affected users and get notified of updates. Here's how you can reach them:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
  2. Click the Help button at the top right corner.
  3. Go to the Search tab, then select Contact Us.
  4. Enter a brief discussion of your concern and hit Continue.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us.
