When deleting an estimate, what does the client see? Trying to account for some version control.

Thank you for reaching out to QuickBooks Community. I can answer your query about deleting an estimate, Maria.

 

If you haven't sent the estimate email to your client yet, deleting it won't affect them. However, if they've already received it, they will still have a copy in their inbox. However, clicking the Print or save button within the email will no longer route them to the form. A "Temporarily unavailable" error message will appear.
