WHEN DID DELAYED CHARGE GET REMOVED?

in the new trasaction function, there was the choice to pick delayed charges I don't see it anymore

I understand that you're having trouble viewing the delayed charge in the new transaction tab on QuickBooks Online. However, upon inspection, the delayed charge feature is still available in the + New Button under the CUSTOMERS tab. 

 

This is not what we want you to experience. To resolve this issue, I suggest signing in to your QBO account using a private browsing window or "incognito" mode. One possible reason for this could be that your browser has accumulated too much cache, which can cause unexpected behavior.

 

This step will help your device run more efficiently by preventing interference from extensions, plugins, or cookies. Don't worry, let me guide you through the process of clearing it out so you can get back to enjoying a seamless experience:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

 

You can also clear your cache and refresh website preferences, which may cause issues with QBO.
