I understand that this isn't usual behavior in QBO after sending an invoice to a customer. I'll add some insights that will help us fix this.

 

As of now, there is currently no investigation into this issue. Meanwhile, let's generate a sample invoice and send it to your email to ensure this isn't happening to your other customers. 

Check your email after that. If the issue persists, we'll perform some troubleshooting steps. To do this, open your QBO account in an incognito window first. Data from your regular browser may cause strange behaviors while navigating QBO. Depending on your browser, use the keyboard shortcut below to open one:
 

  • Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

 

If it works, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. This procedure will remove any outdated or corrupted internet files that may be causing issues while browsing just like the one you're experiencing.

 

You can also use other supported browsers that work perfectly with QuickBooks Online.
