Question

When I click on the edit icon for statements in the sales tab, it disappears - How can I customize transaction statements to "list each transaction as a single line"?

It's sad to hear about the inconvenience you're experiencing with the edit icon disappearing when trying to customize transaction statements in the sales tab, @thearborumc1. I understand how frustrating that can be.

To isolate this, I recommend reaching out directly to our Phone Support team. They have all the necessary tools to pull up your account securely and further investigate the issue behind customizing statements from the sales tab.

  1. Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner.
  2. Select Search, then press the Contact Us button.
  3. Enter your question in the box and hit Continue.
  4. Please choose the best way you'll want to reach out to us.

Please consider checking our available hours when contacting them to ensure we address your concern promptly.

Aside from customizing statements, you can also personalize and add specific info to your sales forms: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.
