Question

When I create an Estimate, it shows as an Invoice in the email and says balance due. The actual attachment shows as an Estimate.

As of now, we have an ongoing investigation (INV-100722) regarding the issue upon viewing the estimates sent to the email it shows View Invoice even though it is an estimate and the balance due. With this, I suggest reaching out to our QuickBooks Online Support team so you'll be added to the list of affected users to ensure you'll get an update about the resolution status.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
  2. Go to the Help icon.
  3. Click the Search tab and select Contact Us.
  4. Provide a summary of your concern and click Continue.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us:
  • Start a chat with a support expert.
  • Get a callback from the next available expert.
