When I enter a future invoice date, the due date does not update. It used to. Our terms are Net 10 Days.

I'll ensure this issue is resolved promptly, allowing you to proceed seamlessly with your invoice, Joe.

A browser-related issue can cause such problems. Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to fix this.

We can open your QuickBooks Online account through an incognito or private window. This method is advantageous as it does not save any site data. You can utilize the shortcut keys provided below:

  • Press Command + Shift + N (Safari)
  • Press CTRL + Shift + N (Google Chrome)
  • Press CTRL + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox)
  • Press CTRL + Shift + N (Microsoft Edge)

If the due date is updated successfully, clear your browser's cache to remove any outdated saved files. Alternatively, you might want to try a different supported browser.

Here's an article for a step-by-step process to personalize your sales forms in the future: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

In addition, you can provide your customers with statements that summarize their invoices, payments, credits, and account balances: Create and send customer statements in QuickBooks Online.

You can count on me to provide pertinent information and resources for managing your invoices. Please add them in the comments. I will give a prompt response.
