When I go to the dropdown menu to charge something to an account, the chart of accounts does not come up in numerical order. Is there a way to fix this?

You can arrange your Chart of Accounts in numerical order. All you'll need to do is click on the number arrow at the top of the listed accounts. You can reference my screenshot below as an example.
