Question

When I print a customer statement, QB forces the last name of the customer onto a second line because it thinks the name is too long. How can I keep the name on one line?

I can help you sort things when printing statements in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @donmtg-swoodpall.

By default, when we print a statement in QBO, if your customer has a long name, the last name will automatically be in the second line.

As a workaround, you may look for a PDF editor outside QuickBooks to edit the name in the statement before printing it.

Moreover, you might want to see this article to learn how to memorize a report that allows you to save it with its current customization settings: Memorize reports in QuickBooks Online.

I'm always available to back you up if you need additional assistance managing your statements and any QuickBooks-related queries. Just add the reply, and I'll surely respond to it.
