When I sent an invoice out, I used to be able to see when I sent it and if a client had viewed it. It doesn't show the history anymore. How do I make it come back?

QuickBooks Online (QBO) has recently made some changes to the location of the invoice status history. Let me guide you through the process of checking the status of an invoice. 

 

Here's how to see it:

 

  1. Go to Sales, then select Invoices.
  2. Click on any invoice you want to view the status.
  3. A pop-up window will appear. Under Invoice Activity, you'll find the status.

 

Moreover, after receiving the payment of the invoice, you can now record it to QBO.
