When invoices are sent directly from QB , where can you find those sent email invoices and how do you know they were sent?

Great to see you here, Pam. I can help you view the emailed invoices and the date they were sent using different methods.

Firstly, we can go to the Sales page to sort the data listed and see all sent emails. We can filter the Type to Invoice, set the Date range, and choose a Customer so QuickBooks will group all transactions accordingly. I'll show you how:

1. On the left panel, select the Sales menu and pick All Sales.
2. From there, go to the Status column and click the arrow (up or down). You'll see a Sent word with the date, indicating when you mailed the invoice. 
3. You can also select the transaction directly to see the Invoice activity window for easier tracking.

Additionally, the Invoices page contains the list where you can specify statuses on the Status bar. The Invoice window will also show by doing the same steps above.

Moving forward, you can keep a copy of the invoice by going to your Accounts and Settings. On the Sales tab, tick the Email me a copy box under Messages, then Save.
