When paying bills, how do you print multiple manual checks at once?

When I go into the pay bills screen and choose the multiple bills I want to pay, I cannot seem to find how to set them up to print multiple checks.  I'm having to go through a process one check at a time

I am here to share some insights into printing your checks in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

To print all your checks at once, consider ticking the print later when paying your multiple bills so it will be put in the print queue. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Pay bills, then select multiple bills to pay.
  2. Tick the Print later beside the Starting check no. box.
  3. Once done, click Save or Save and close.
  4. Go to Print checks and select the Account you used in paying your bills.
  5. Once ready, click Preview and print then Print or Download.
