I understand the significance of sending an email to your customer, olverdrywall.

No worries, I have some solutions to help you with what exactly happened.

Firstly, we didn't receive any reported issue about the heading of a different email.

I encourage checking the account and settings in your company to ensure that the information provided is accurate.

Here's how:

  1. Look for Settings then Company Settings.
  2. Click Edit to the right of the Contact Info section.
  3. In the Company email field, enter your company's email address.
  4. Hit Save then Done to save the changes.

Once the information is accurate, we can perform some troubleshooting steps to fix this.. There are times that browser is full of frequently accessed page resources, which causes some errors or unusual responses.

Let's start accessing your account using a private browser. You can use either of these shortcut keys:

  • Safari: Control + Option + P
  • Google Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Firefox or Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P

If you can now send an invoice without having any discrepancies of your customer's email , then the problem is most likely caused by your browser. You'll then can clear your regular browser cache. If the issue persists, you can use another supported browser as an alternative.

Furthermore, I've added a resource that you can browse through for you to be able to update the business or contact names associated with your Intuit Account: Update business or contact names in your account.

If you still need anything else regarding your data, please know that I'm just one post away. I'd be glad to assist you at any time. Stay safe.
