In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can generate a Transaction List by Vendor from the report. Then, filter Transaction type  to show the bill, and click the Print icon to have a PDF copy.

Here's how: 

1. Go to the Reports menu on the left panel.
2. In the Search field, type in Transaction List by Vendor.
3. Click the Filter icon.
4. From the Filter by section,  choose Transaction type.
5. In the Option field, select equals.
6. From the Value section, choose Bill.
7. Once done, click Export/Print  tab, then follow the on-screen process.
