When will i receive my update for the new estimate feature and invoice feature, its been over a year since this "beta" version disappeared.

Your experience with waiting for the new estimate and invoice features is less than ideal that we don't want our users to go through. 

If you've tried the beta version of the new experience, the new estimate and invoice layout will disappear after you've opted out of it several times.

However, if you haven't yet, you'll need to wait for the new update to flow into your account. This is because we are still on the journey of moving customers using the old experience to the new one.
