When will my invoice pending deposit clear? My invoice was paid and it is pending deposit with a date of today. How long until it gets deposited in my bank?

The Pending status of your customer payment means that Intuit has already sent transactions to your account for funding. The status will not become Funded until your bank declares it as cleared.

Also, is this your first time using QuickBooks Payments, please note that your initial set of payments will be deposited within 5 business days. This only happens if you're just starting since we are still setting up your account. Rest assured, the succeeding transactions will be deposited much faster once the process is completed.

The deposit speed also depends on the product you're using and the type of payment you're processing. You can follow the steps below to check the status of all your processed payments.

1. Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
2. From the homepage, select Activities & Reports and then Deposits.
3. Select the date range in the Dates field.
4. Tap Search.

• Withheld or Batch Deposit Returned- check your email to see the steps to fix the issue. 
• Funded- Successfully deposit the amount and your money is on its way.

If they're still undeposited, contact our Merchant Services team. One of them can review your account and investigate why you're getting some delays in receiving deposits.
