Where are my 2023 invoices?

I understand that you're concerned about the whereabouts of your 2023 invoices in QuickBooks Online. I'll share some information and help you locate your invoices.

By default, QuickBooks will display the most recent invoices. Thus, you can check and adjust the date range or use the search filters to locate your 2023 invoices. Like this:

1. Log in as admin in QuickBooks Online.
2. Navigate to the Sales menu.
3. Then, choose Invoices.
4. In the filter option, select 2023 as the Date.
   
5. You can also click the gear icon ⚙️. Then, select the number of rows to display as many invoices for 2023 as possible.

One of the possible reasons you might be having is that your browser saves outdated and corrupted cache files from websites you visit over time. This can occasionally cause issues with loading or navigating those pages. Let's start by accessing your QuickBooks Online account through a private/incognito window. 

Depending on your browser, use the keyboard shortcut below to open one:
 

• Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Option + P

If you're able to see and access 2023 invoices, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. This procedure will remove any outdated or corrupted internet files that may be causing issues while browsing.
