Where are the packing slips for this new invoicing format? Quickbooks surely must understand that businesses do ship products, Right?

    Hi there, M-T.

     

    I sincerely appreciate you taking the time to contact the Community. Upon replicating, the packing slip is no longer available under Print and Preview in the new invoice format when you create the transaction. 

     

    However, If you need to access the packing slip for your recent transaction, you can easily do so by navigating to the Transaction List tab. Once there, you will find all the necessary information related to your purchase, including the packing slip. To view and print the packing slip, click on it, and it will be available for you to save or print out for your records. 

     

    To locate packing slips in QuickBooks Online, you can follow these steps:

     

    1. Go to Sales and choose Customers.
    2. Pick the customer's name to display a list of their transactions.
    3. From the Transaction List tab, mark check the box next to each invoice or sales receipt for which you want to print a Packing Slip.
    4. Select the Batch actions dropdown, then choose Print packing slip.

     

     

      

    If you wish to obtain the Packing slip, you may want to switch back to the old layout of your invoice. Once the invoice is created, you can locate it under the Print and Preview option, which will enable you to review and print the Packing slip.

    Following your instructions I found print packing slip, but it is grayed out.
