Where can I download a record of all the Credit Card invoice payments I received through Quickbooks and the fees QB charges for those transactions?

You can search for and review payment records, deposits, and fees from the Activity & Reports screen in your Merchant Service Center.

Here's how to search for transactions:
 

1. Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
2. In your top menu bar, go to Activity & Reports, then Transactions.
3. Use the Dates ▼ drop-down list to specify a timeframe. You can filter any six-month period in your last 12 months of records.
4. If necessary, you can click Show advanced options to do a specific search using the transaction ID and expiration date of your card.
5. Select Search.

While reviewing the transaction list, you can click a transaction's record to see more details about it. There's also a Gear icon on the right side of your record to Print, Reverse, etc.

You can also find fees:
 

1. From the Activity & Reports screen, choose Fees.
2. Specify a timeframe in your Dates drop-down.
3. Select Search.

To print a report or export its data as a CSV file, use the Print of Export options.
