Where can I find a list of items included in the balance sheet total?

I'm looking for a listing of the individual items that total balance sheet amount.

The balance sheet in QBO only includes accounts classified as assets, liabilities, and equity from your chart of accounts. It does not include individual items from your products and services list.

 

To look for a list of specific items that contribute to your sales or revenue, I suggest running a Sales by Product/Service Detail report. It will provide a detailed breakdown of products and services and their sales performance.

 

To run this report, here's how:

 

  1. Go to Reports in the main menu.
  2. Use the Find Report by Name search bar to look for reports by name. You can also browse the list.
  3. Choose the report to open it.
