Without a spreadsheet to quickly find the starting and ending monthly balances I am left with the contamination of the quickbooks checking register. This register is created by qbo software that has "aliased" payee names and has multiple parties with access and cannot be trusted without reconciling, a process that cannot occur withing the account itself of course and especially not with the aforementioned payee name changes, poor ai assistance, random employee adjustment and other integrity sapping risks such as letting a company with no business experience in its customer service base control my financial structures.

I wish I could make your experience better, ethiccollc. I'm here to provide some insights about your bank statements in QuickBooks Checking.

Due to the varying number of days each month, please know that no cycle is exactly 30 days in length. If an account is approved on the 29th, 30th, or 31st, the statement cycle will start on the 1st day of the following month. This ensures consistency in statement cycles and maintains a streamlined process for our valued clients.

To get a spreadsheet copy for your register, I suggest contacting our customer support team for them to route you to Green Dot Bank for further assistance with your bank statements. Here's how to reach them:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company. Click Help (?).

2. Select either tab: Assistant or Talk to a Human.

3. Search or select Contact Us.

4. Start a chat with a support expert.
