Where can I find history of emailed invoice?

We used to see a history at the bottom of invoice when invoice was sent to customer now all we see is at top line above billing address is las time invoice was sent.

Hello, John. I understand the importance of tracking invoice history, including its status and whether it was delivered successfully.

 

QuickBooks Online has updated the way it displays invoice statuses. You can verify this by following these steps. 

 

  1. From the left navigation panel, select Sales
  2. Select Invoices, then double click the invoice transaction to view activity history.

If you wish to see the all the record of invoices you've sent, you can run the Invoice List report. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to Reports, then type in Invoice List in the search 
  2. Click Switch to classic view.
  3. In the Report period, choose your preferred date.
  4. Click Customize, then tap the Change columns. 
  5. Scroll down and tick Sent then hit Run report


 

Furthermore, if you've received a payment from your customer, you can record it in QuickBooks to mark the invoices as paid.
