I'm trying to find all of my transactions from last year. When I navigate to Transactions from the left-hand menu, it takes me to a page that only shows me an unconfirmed credit card payment from earlier this year. I can't figure out how to display all of my bank transactions for 2023. Please advise.

Hi there, @vicenteborga.

Allow me to guide you on where you can see your bank transactions from last year in QuickBooks Online.

The reason why the unconfirmed credit card payment will appear in the For Review tab of QuickBooks Online as it is used to manage transactions that are pending or to be categorized. This process helps in accurately tracking expenses and income. By utilizing it, you can ensure that transactions are correctly classified, allowing them to enter the bank register or be added to specific accounts.

Moreover, to view all of your transactions from last year you can head over to the categorized tab and filter the dates according to your preferences.

You can also pull up a transaction detail by account or directly open the bank register to see all of your transactions from last year. To display your unpaid bills and expenses for the year, run the Transaction Detail by Account report and customize it based on your needs. I'll show you how:

  1. Select the Reports menu, then click Reports
  2. Type in the Transaction Detail by Account in the search bar then select.
  3. Click the Customize option, then choose the Report period.
  4. Hit the Filter dropdown.
  5. Select contractors in the Name field, then navigate the transaction type.
  6. Click Run report.
