Question

Where did the box to uncheck "send later" on invoices go? It's not on the new invoice format. I want to remove some inv from my "Send Later" list.

I do alot of invoices at the end of the month, some get printed, some emailed to customers.  I used to be able to edit an invoice and "uncheck" send later if I didn't want to email that invoice to the customer.  without being able to "uncheck" that box, my invoices stay as Send Later.

Thank you for posting your concern here in the QuickBooks Community, @TFletch1427. Let me share more information about the send later option of the new invoice layout.

 

Currently, we're still rolling out this feature to all our customers. In the meantime, click the Print Later button so it won't be included in the Send Later queue. You can follow these steps when creating the invoice:

 

  1. Go to +New.
  2. Click Manage, then find the Scheduling.
  3. Turn on Print later.

 

Please note that you will see the send later option once the rolled-out is done.
