Where do I change the from information on the emails of statements?

I can provide some information and show you how to change the from information on the customer's email statement in QuickBooks Online.

 

If you meant to change the email subject line for your customer statements, follow the steps below:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Account and settings.
  3. Select the Sales tab, go to the Messages section, and hit the Edit.
  4. In the Sales form dropdown, select Statement.
  5. Make the changes in the Email subject line.
  6. Then, click Save and Done.
