Where do I find preferences so I can edit it?

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community. Let me help you locate the Preferences option in QuickBooks Online.

In QuickBooks Desktop, they call this feature as "Preferences." But it's referred to as "Account and Settings" in QuickBooks Online.

Using these steps, you can find the Other Preferences in Account and Settings page:

1. Click the Gear Icon.
2. Under Company, click Account and Settings.
3. Select Advanced.
4. Click Other Preferences.

You can also manually upload your transactions to QuickBooks in the future.
